But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve made our return process simple and stress-free.
Most unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase — just make sure to bring your receipt!
Returns can be made in-store only.
Got a damaged or defective item? No problem! Bring it back and we’ll either replace it or give you a full refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food, treats, or any product that shows signs of use by your pet.
Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable — they’re made just for you (and your pet)!
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used when you made your purchase.
Returns typically take 5–7 business days to process, and you should see your refund appear within that time frame.
